Hi Tiberius! Find this room and "enter brush". It's 1n 1e from that Whitecloak patrol in the zone that wraps around north of Tar Valon.

In the Brush
The bushes come close together here, tightning up and suffacating the path.  
It always seem to be quite humid in this area, the air is thick.  The dried
leaves from the trees form most of the path, some roots stick out in random
places, enough to trip travelers.
