Didn't forget this year!

Re-enabled the choke skill with a longer timer (only 8.5 years later!).

Given that there's been a slight uptick in activity lately I ran a manual purge. If you were inactive for more than 30 days and were holding something from the above list it is now gone and has a chance to load in SMOB bags.

Inactive items have been purged. They should start appearing the next time SMOBs respawn (either from being killed or reboot).

The loading is auto. Purge used to be, but is currently not. There's a few items from the last purge that haven't been found yet. If there's interest from people I'll consider running another in the next few days.

O hai thar, it's that day again

The odds of there being a rare item in a SMOB bag have been greatly improved.

Automated inactive rare item purging is now active again. Furthermore, some of these items will once again be added to auctions.

I have performed a purge of all rare and unique items that were on inactive players (basically EVERYONE). The following items have been returned to circulation and will be loading on SMOB bags:

a reflective onyx shield
a perfectly clear glass dagger
a thin strip of embroidered cloth
a berserker's ...

None of the garrison/dump/etc. rooms are no attack. Probably haven't been for a long time. MYSTERY SOLVED.

It's that time of the year again

Kick damage is now a range (7-13 rather than always 10) and is mitigated by the opponent's ABS (1% ABS = 1% dmg mitigation).

After reboot, the effectiveness of subsequent Shield Blocks will decrease slightly.

This is fixed
