A courier brings news from the north to the southern nations:

These petty disturbances that have errupted in the southern lands are troubling. This is exactly what the Dark One wants: internal strife within the Light. I ask that the nations involved solve their differences and come to an agreement so we may turn our attention to the more dangerous threat, the Dark.

However, if this armed conflict continues, let it be known that the Borderlands are a ceasefire area and any attempt on the life of a person of the Light within our lands will be seen as an act of aggression against the Borderguards themselves. Our lands start at the bridge on the Tar Valon road and continue to the Blight.

Also, the Borderguards will be investigating the reason for this conflict and will not hesitate in stepping in to resolve and make sure the aggresive nation, whichever it may be, sees "reason." As a reminder, if you are attacked by another Lightsider within our lands, notify a Borderguard or send a courier to me.
