Let it be known that the Children of the Light and the Queen's Guard have entered into a treaty.
The terms of the treaty are as follows;
1) The Children of the Light are granted full hunting rights of male channelers, shadowspawn, wanteds, and female channelers within Andor. Hunting of female channelers and those that follow them are temporarily off limits should shadowspawn be present in Andor, and should the female channelers and those that follow them be in direct combat with said shadowspawn.
2) In order to further the relations between these two groups, the Children of the Light will station a small number of troops within Caemlyn itself to further protect Andor and the Crown from creatures of evil.
Let it be known that, under the Light and the Creator, both parties have agreed to the above terms as represented by Child Alec of the Children of the Light, and Lord Heritage of the Queen's Guard.
