The Children of the Light had been granted permission to hunt channelers in the lands of Andor; however, the actions of Jule are unforgivable and will not go unpunished by the Queen's Guard.
Jule slew a baby channeler inside the gates of Caemlyn and admitted to the murder. He admitted that the child was unable to fight back and tried to run. He has shown no remorse for his actions, he and the Children of the Light will reap the consequences.
The following terms of the treaty have been revoked:
1) The Children of the Light are granted full hunting rights of male channelers, shadowspawn, wanteds, and female channelers within Andor. Hunting of female channelers and those that follow them are temporarily off limits should shadowspawn be present in Andor, and should the female channelers and those that follow them be in direct combat with said shadowspawn.
2) In order to further the relations between these two groups, the Children of the Light will station a small number of troops within Caemlyn itself to further protect Andor and the Crown from creatures of evil.
