The following changes will be going in within the next hour or so:
- All bonuses from going Berserk will now scale according to your current hp.
- The success rate for channeling will be increased a little.
- The landing rate of Precise Strike will be buffed significantly.
- A successful Precise Strike will now be followed by a small amount of lag.
- The success rate of Shield Block against Bash will be nerfed slightly.
- New weaves for Dreadlords.
Also a couple small, unrelated changes that are effective immediately:
- Fal Dara's west gate and Gatekeep's east gate will respond to "call".
- The trollocs in the patrol in south Blight have had their offensive bonuses buffed a little. Additionally, it is now led by a Myrddraal rather than a trolloc.
- There will now be a message when someone leaves the garrison in Fal Dara or Fal Moran, or the dump in Gatekeep.
