Our policy has been for a while that Tiberius and I make the decisions regarding clanning, ranking, declanning, and treaties. But I knew you would bring that up, so I made a thread about it right after I declanned you and nobody has shown any problem or voiced anything saying that you should not have been declanned. Until someone in the Borderguards or the imms dispute our authority to run the clan as we see fit, then it will stay that way. Tiberius and I are hardly known for acting rashly or improperly. This situation wasn't rash, seeing as how we told you that one more incident and you would be harshly punished.
