Let it be known that the following people listed below are currently under investigation via the Valon Guard for charges of;
1.Murder
2.Consorting with the Dark one.
3.Miss accusing people of a wrong crime, just or not.
They will be under the watchful eye of the Valon Guard for any future endeavors they may feel like doing.

The following people are under investigation:
1. Kathryn Sedai of the Green Ajah.
#Charge 1, breaking an oath and lying to bait people in the attempt to commit murder.

#Charge 2, Breaking a second oath, Using the one power as a weapon on someone who wasn't warrented, or was not darkspawn.

#Charge 3, Murder in the first degree. The murder of Bob is in question.

#Charge 4, Hunting and killing inside the paramiters of the Boarderlands. ~This will be looked over via the Boarderguards themselfs, Punishment for this will be upto them.

2. Bob Smith, Lieutenant of the Boarderguards.
#Charge 1, Attempting to help a known darkfriend to safety while he was being hunted.

***NOTICE***
These people are under INVESTIGATION only and are in no way GUILTY of the charges presented. They are considered innocent until proven guilty! They will be on trial for the next 2 months unless found guilty before hand.

At the end of the two (2) months, if insufficient evidence is provided then they will be acquitted of all charges.

I have been receiving word of innocence and have seen some proof of his actions. I shall have a meeting with him, then if the Valon Guard and the Boarderguards are happy with my finding he will be acquitted of his charge.
