Dear citizens and travelers of Andor,

We welcome you and your business provided you follow the laws of the land and respect the authority of the Queen's Guard.

Let it be known that Andor currently has no treaties with any nation and no one is above the law. It has come to the attention of the Queen's Guard that lately some have felt they have authority to take the law into their own hands and that will no longer be tolerated. The Queen's Guard also notes that even the White Tower has paraded that they have the right to murder men without trial, however today that misconception stands corrected. Andor grants no nation rights above the law and authority of the Queen's Guard.

To the south we have always had trouble with the Murandian Cavalry and it would seem they have been bold in their advances to Four King's but no longer will the Queen tolerate their presence.
