CoD Mw3 Playstation 3 NAT type

Ok so my NAT type in modern warfare 3 on my ps3 is strict and has been for about a month if not more. i've been trying ever since it started to fix it and set it to open again but nothing is working.

I've reset my router
i opened all the ports on my router
i've coned all the ports with command promt
i've bought a new ps3
i've given the ps3 a static ip
etc etc etc etc etc
i've tried anything i can find on the net.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

and i know people are gunna be dicks and start saying shit like 'your first problem is that you play ps3, get this or get that, play this or play that blah blah" well to those people STFU i play ps3 xbox and pc because i'm a youtube director and i need the diversity for my viewers. but as you might of guessed, having a strict nat type is hindering my ps3 gameplay. i've gone from a steady 1.9K/D down to a .85 K/D purely because of lag issues and connection issues.

any serious answers would be greatly appreciated.

I was unsure about the ntfc thing which recently I found out was completely wrong, thus surmise was the appropriate word.
