The following changes are now in place:
* All Council members may now hand out quest points using the award command. In order to do so you must specify the target player name, the clan name, the number of quest points, and a reason for giving out the quest points. The target player does not have to be online for this to work. Please be sure to fill out a reason for giving quest points. We can see each and every transaction that occurs and will be monitoring for abuse. Needless to say, anyone caught abusing this privilege will be promptly removed from their clan.
* White Tower council members should now show up as 'Sitter' in both the Whois & View Clan displays.
* When a player is pardoned, all MOBs who once had them in their aggro memory bank will forget them.
* New website is up. Still many pieces that need to be finished.

Council members using the "award" command will now be limited to the range of -5 to 5 quest points per transactions. Council members may no longer award themselves quest points.
