EXAMINE command

This command has been enhanced to show a lot more information than it used to. For armor and weapons, you'll now see the weight and specific stats the item gives as well as other information based on your current skills practiced. For all items, other information will pop up, such as an item's clan affiliation or rarity.

This command has been updated to show you item stats when viewing them while worn or on the ground as well. When you examine "item", it will check first your inventory, then your equipment, then the ground, then others' equipment.

You can now also examine equipment that others are wearing. These items are listed last, so if you are wielding a sword and another person is wielding a sword in your room, and you type "exa sword", it will examine yours. (Use 2.sword, 3.sword, etc. to view others)

In addition to using 'examine 2.xxx' to view an item on another player or mob, you can now use 'examine xxx yyy' where xxx is the item name and yyy is the player or mob's name.

Example:

I'm wielding a sword and Galnor is in my room and also is wielding a sword.

'exa sword' -> will examine my sword
'exa 2.sword' -> will examine Galnor's sword
'exa sword galnor' -> will examine Galnor's sword
