If you're reading this, you may have noticed the forums have changed. I've been going around and doing some much-needed upgrading on a lot of the software for the game and website. Some of the changes include:
- The underlying dependencies for the MUD have all been upgraded(as much as possible - we're stuck in some places). You probably won't notice anything on this front, but if you notice any issues in-game, please let me know.
- The game & website have been containerized. Again, you shouldn't notice anything because of this, but doing this will make moving servers & upgrading software in the future much easier, and allow coders to get up and running with relative ease.
- This forum has been upgraded from phpBB 3.0.x to the most recent 3.3.5. We were running on unsupported versions of MySQL & PHP and needed to upgrade, and unfortunately, the board software supported neither.
- Similarly, I'll be upgrading the wiki shortly. Until then, it may be unavailable.
We'll be looking for a new forum theme to replace the default Prosilver. If you'd like to help, feel free to look at
the styles database and make a recommendation. While you're at it, also be sure to join our
