A Reminder - Waiting Times

I know we've been pretty lax on this stuff, but it seems to have gotten out of hand. Here's the reminder:

Crossrace Mortal: 15 Minutes
Sameside Mortal: 5 Minutes
Mortal to Immortal: 0 Minutes
Immortal to Mortal: 15 Minutes

If you break the rules, expect consequences. The main concern that pushes this reminder is that people are dying in pk, and then logging on to another alt a second later and throwing themselves back into the fray. Some of you seem to have quite a roster of alts, so you get the idea. It's simply not fair play. This is probably the main behavior I'll be looking for, but break the wait times at your own risk.

Wait times are now being enforced by code. They are as follows:

Same Race : 3 minutes
Opposite Race : 8 minutes
Mortal to Immortal : 0 minutes
Immortal to Mortal : 8 minutes
Anything to New Character : 8 minutes

Restatting will remain instantaneous. Multiplaying is now impossible. If you are on a LAN with another player, PM me for special arrangements.
