Lost in a dream?

Awaking with a shudder, Ahviran glanced about. The room she was contained in was filled with barrels and boxes, each holding unique artifacts. Summoning the strength to stand, she walked closer to the barrels.

What could be inside? Her mine was racing, and she had no idea where she was.

As her eyes adjusted to the soft glow of the room, she was able to actually make out the figures in the barrels. Flashbacks wracked her mind as she remembered these objects known as, angreals.

Rubbing the surface of one angreal, she noticed it was in the shape of a man chained to the flame of Tar Valon.

Interesting... Ahviran had no idea what was going on, or where she was.

Glancing through the remaining angreals, Ahviran found one that was quite interesting: a disc the size of her palm, half white and half black.

This doesnt look like an angreal..at least one i've never seen. Grabbing the object, Ahviran tried to study it under the poor lightning of the room. Of course, a seal!! What in the Light's name is a seal doing here?! As she traced the line on the face of the seal, small flakes of cuendillar began to crumble off.

"The Amyrlin Seat must see this." Putting the object into a pouch that she had clipped to her belt, Ahviran also grabbed the angreal of a man chained to the flame of Tar Valon. Just as the angreal was concealed in her pouch, footsteps approached the door to her left.

Sensing the embrace of saidar nearby, Ahviran quickly prepared herself by thinking of what weave she could lash out with. But something seemed to echo in her memory: It is dangerous to channel while in the ter'angreal, novice, the arches are dangerous. The arches? Quickly pushing it to the back of her mind, she moved back towards the darker area of the room.

The door smashed open on weaves of air, crumbling as it was ripped from its hinges. As the dust cloud dissolved, a woman of lithe stature, and donning black garbs, glided in.

"Where's the little brat." As the woman walked deeper into the room, she peered into the shadows. "Dont hide from me, child. There is much the Dark One can give you: power, wealth, prestige? They could all be yours."

Moving her hand to her pouch, Ahviran removed the angreal of the man, and held it firmly. I may not be able to channel, but hopefully this is a simply angreal; which can channel the one power without the need for the recipient to grasp the source.

Feeling the small tickle of the one power in the angreal, Ahviran calmed her mind and thought of the rose. She thought of the one power coursing through her--without letting her body open up to it--the angreal reactived immediately. Weaves of spirit threw themselves at the channeling woman, severing her from the true source.

Shock and horror struck the lithe woman as she desperatly fought to regain the one power. Ahviran could see the weaves surrounding the woman, and watched as they bent and heaved as the lady tried breaking the shield.

"You! The Black Ajah has already captured you, dont you know they will be here in moments?? I am almost positive they could have felt someone other than myself channeling."

Ahviran approached the sister, "I didnt channel, you left me in the room with a cache of ter'angreal." The black sister frowned in anger.

"You have no right working with angreal! Those are ours." As Ahviran heard new footsteps approaching, a glimmer of light persuaded her eye to glance to the right.

There, within the small room, amongst hundreds of ter'angreals, a silver, glimmering arch opened. The light of the arch beckoned Ahviran to enter. Dropping the ter'angreal, she approached the arch and vanished into the light.

"The way back will come but once, be steadfast..."
