You can now hitch horse carts to your mount. To do so, you must be standing in a room with a horse cart that is not already hitched to another horse, and enter hitch cart horse. This will cause the cart to follow your horse around when you move around. You can remove the cart from your horse by entering the command unhitch cart horse.
Items in these horse carts are not saved over reboot, so be careful!
