I accidentally dropped a red stone in keep rent when I did a drop all and it killed Phantasm, and the fire burnt my fully loaded cart with random smob gear, 50ish parchments and Phans eq.
Don't care about my loss but can you guys maybe fix this and reimb phan?

Correction on this issue, unhitching the cart makes it disappear with it's contents.
A Rotting Inn
The inn here is rotting from lack of care, and the only life to be found is a
few guards and the lazy innkeeper. Empty tankards of rotgut litter the floor,
and you can smell decay everywhere.

Red stones don't have any effect on containers (packs, carts, fountains, etc). This must be a bug with the cart itself.
