Governor Adan
Located in the area known as Baerlon.
Heran Adan governs the city Baerlon, which is located west of Whitebridge along the Caemlyn Road. His face contains a contemptuous look common of someone who is used to giving orders and having them obeyed. The clothes he dons are elegant, and he has a small paunch, both symbols of his station and prosperity. His eyes are described as cold, and they never seem to fully settle on one thing at a time as he is usually pondering his thoughts. Although said to be a just and fair Governor, it is rumored that he harbors dislike for the Children of the Light and only allows a select few of their members to enter his city at once.
